5月29日，《北京青年报》的消息，从伊万科维奇带队风格来看，国足客战印尼沿用“菱形中场”阵型的可能性较大。
该媒体介绍称：受人员伤病或停赛影响，教练组还需对部分位置的具体人选加以斟酌。值得关注的是，在最近几天的分组对抗训练中，各组人员搭配并不固定，以至于就连球员们也无从判断自己能否获得主力位置或出场机会。
比如，王钰栋、徐皓阳曾分别出现在谢文能、林良铭主打的边路位置上。而在验阵过程中，善打中锋、后腰的王子铭、杨明洋也一度被安排在边锋或边前卫位置。由此不难判断，教练组不排除根据比赛需要，来“改造”个别球员的可能性。
事实上，杨明洋的技术能力比较全面，在比赛中不仅防守到位，进攻欲望也很强。如果说王上源主力后腰位置稳固的话，那么杨明洋亦有可能位移到边路。换言之，他进可攻，退可积极参与协防。
据了解，近几日训练之余，国足安排了内容丰富的理论课学习。而赛前几天，教练组还将结合国足本届世预赛前期比赛的录像，帮助国脚们解析自身在实战中的长与短。
