北京时间6月17日，据《邮报》消息，莱斯特城考虑引进利兹联前锋萨姆-格林伍德。
现年23岁的萨姆-格林伍德2024/2025赛季被利兹联租借至英冠普雷斯顿，代表球队在各项赛事中出场44次，其中31次为首发出场，贡献7球3助攻，目前球员的德转身价为450万欧元。
据悉，球员与利兹联的合同还剩一年，由于利兹联希望在夏窗补强前锋，他在利兹联竞争的难度较大，本赛季通过附加赛升入英超的桑德兰队也有意球员。
